This deep red spice is sprinkled over the salad, seasoned with Arabic bread before toasting, and used in the dressing. Traditionally, this yummy salad is served alone or as a side dish with grilled fish, chicken or red meat. It is extremely colorful, crunchy, refreshing, flavorful and nutritive.
