Pizza Omelette Recipe – Give a Try to this yummy breakfast

You can also consume it at sehri time in the holy month of Ramadan. It is a valuable source of protein that is low in calories, so it can offer you with both energy and freshness throughout the day.

A Pizza Omelette is a great way to use pizza ingredients without the hassle of making a pizza crust. I often use pepperoni, mushrooms and green peppers for the filling of omelette. However, you can make all kinds of variations adding veggies or meat to add flavors. This Pizza Omelette recipe requires only 10 minutes for the preparation. So, give a must try to this scrumptious omelellet.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs —– 2
  • Salt & pepper —– to taste
  • Vegetable oil —– 1 teaspoon
  • Pizza Sauce/Tomato sauce —– 2 tablespoons
  • Sliced mushrooms —- 1⁄4 cup
  • Pepperoni —- ¼ cup
  • Diced green pepper —- 1⁄4 cup
  • Shredded mozzarella/melted cheddar cheese —- 1⁄4 cup
  • Water —- 2 tablespoons
  • Italian seasoning —– 1⁄2 teaspoon (optional)

Servings: 1

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs in a deep medium bowl. Add water and seasonings water, and mix well.
  2. Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour egg mixture into skillet.
  4. As mixture starts to cook, use a turner to push cooked portions of egg mixture gently.
  5. When the egg is almost cooked, then flip it and cook on the other side.
  6. Cook until it becomes tender but looks moist, spread the pizza or tomato sauce over the top.
  7. Sprinkle this delicious Pizza omelette with cheese, mushrooms, and green peppers.
