Awaking at night is quite a normal habit. There are many reasons to stay up all night. Perhaps you are a night shift worker and have to stay up all night, or a student who might have to cram for exams. If you want to stay alerted without compromising on your health, then taking a plenty of water is very beneficial. Dehydration causes tiredness and decreases the energy level. For example, you need to take food or snacks that energize your body, stimulate your mind and body to stay alerted all the night. Taking a shower can also help you in this respect, but besides this, you need a diet to maintain energy level. The human body is like a machine that needs fuel to work out. The fuel of human body is food. All food give energy to the body, but combination of food, timing, and quantity affects the body in a different way.
