Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillets —– 4 (4 ounces)
  • Garlic cloves —– 3-4, crushed
  • Unsalted Butter —- 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon pepper seasoning —- 2 teaspoons
  • Lemon wedge —– as per taste

Servings: 4

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, place salmon fillets and season the both sides of salmon with lemon pepper seasoning.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and stir until garlic is tender and leaves fragrant.
  4. Place the seasoned fish in skillet and simmer on both sides for almost 3-5 minutes, until fish flakes are tender and brown, tested it with a fork.
  5. When they are gently cooked, serve them on a large platter and garnish with lemon wedges.
  6. Serve this flavorful salmon with rice and enjoy a mouth-watering and healthy feast!
